Cadbury did the most hilarious and ballsy thing last night. I was sitting on the floor between the couch and the corner of the coffee table with my cup of tea, and Cadbury came over to see what smelled so good (Irish Breakfast). She leaned her front legs on my leg and stood up to sniff the little tag hanging over the side of my mug, then grabbed it and yanked backwards, yanking my tea bag out of my mug, and ran through the coffee table to the otherside where she proceeded to chew on it. It was the funniest thing. And her back was all wet, probably from the tea flinging out of the cup. Or maybe she hit herself in the back with the tea bag.

She seems to be liking us more now, rather than just tolerating us. Maybe it's because we're making her ear feel better, or maybe it's because we ply her with treats whenever she's near. :) Whatever it is, it seems to be working. :D

An odd note, the Gentamicin Sulfate Ophthalmic solution is actually eye drops. I called the vet to make sure they knew which one they gave her and they said that it's fine for her ear. I'm sure eye drops in the ears is better than ear drops in the eyes.


Snoopy's medication application did not go as well last night. And he definitely doesn't seem to like the taste of it. He opens his mouth and rubs his tongue around like a dog with peanut butter. Although, when he does this it makes it easier to squirt more into his open mouth. We'll see how it goes tonight.
